Client Services
Summit's client services are built on the foundation of trust and success. We handle the entire recruitment process—from screening and evaluation to negotiation and placement—ensuring a seamless experience for both you and the candidates.
Initial Consultation
We initiate the process by conducting an in-depth consultation with the client to understand their staffing needs, including the position requirements, qualifications, and company culture.

Candidate Sourcing
Utilizing a variety of resources and techniques, we actively search for potential candidates. This may include database searches, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

Screening and Evaluation
Once potential candidates are identified, we conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to assess their qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, assessing references, and performing background checks.

Candidate Presentation
After identifying suitable candidates, we present a curated selection of qualified individuals to the client for consideration. This typically includes detailed profiles outlining the candidate's background, experience, skills, and suitability for the position.

Client Interviews
We coordinate interviews between the client and selected candidates, facilitating communication and scheduling to ensure a seamless process. We also provide guidance and support to both parties throughout the interview process.

Negotiation and Offer Management
Once the client identifies a preferred candidate, we assist in negotiating terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and start date. We act as intermediaries to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement is reached between both parties.

Placement and Follow-Up
Upon acceptance of an offer, the staffing firm facilitates the placement process, overseeing the transition and onboarding of the candidate into the client's organization. Additionally, we conduct follow-up checks to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise.

Payment
As a contingency-based firm, the staffing agency receives compensation only upon successful placement of a candidate. The fee is typically a percentage of the candidate's annual salary, agreed upon in advance with the client.
